We fully understand this and welcome your enquiry with an open heart, ready to listen to whatever it is that is troubling you and we will respond to all enquiries. All your thoughts, feelings, energies and behaviours are welcome at Connections, without any judgement from any counsellor.
We look to dispel any negative stigmas around seeking counselling. With all our counsellors having themselves at one time reached out for help, we understand that it can require incredible strength to face the challenge of seeking personal change and growth; counselling being the next step on your journey and not just a last resort.

Seasonal Updates
We will send out a newsletter four times a year, with the Symbolic change of the season. This will contain information about any changes at Connections, new counsellors, links to counsellors blogs and events we are involved in. If you wish to stay up to date with any of this information, please sign up below.
The Gift of Counselling
One of our approaches to provide access to people who need it but can’t afford it, is through funding. This way counsellors get paid (at a reduced rate) and people who need access can get passed that financial hurdle to connect with us. We pledge that for every £450 raised, we will offer fifteen sessions to people signed up to our access list. While we will actively approach bodies to assist in funding this area, if you wish to be a part of helping others, please consider donating towards the gift of counselling. All donations are anonymous and confidential and we will update our news letter recipients seasonally with how many people we have provided counselling for through this means, including feedback from those who wish to provide it.
